Privacy policy

Last updated: May 15, 2026. This is a starter policy for an early-stage product — have it reviewed by counsel before treating it as final.

What this covers

EnableFlow ("we", "us") operates a marketing website and a software service that helps organisations operationalise adoption of tools and workflows. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with those properties.

Information we may collect

  • Account & auth data — such as email and profile details you provide when you sign up or accept an invitation, processed through our authentication provider (e.g. Supabase).
  • Workspace content you upload — documents, playbooks, and similar materials you choose to ingest for grounding answers and coaching workflows.
  • Product usage telemetry — events recorded to operate features such as adoption analytics (e.g. chat or engagement signals configured in the product).
  • Technical & analytics data — basic request or device metadata from hosting and analytics tools (for example traffic metrics on our deployment provider).

How we use information

We use the above categories to provide and secure the service, improve reliability and product quality, communicate with workspace administrators, and meet legal obligations. Model providers may process portions of prompts and retrieval context strictly as needed to deliver AI features — configure your workspaces and data accordingly.

Retention & your choices

Retention depends on your workspace configuration and our infrastructure providers. Administrators can remove members, documents, and workspace settings consistent with product capabilities and database policies. Contact scott.maryan@icloud.com for privacy-related requests while we are in pilot.
